Judicial process and scholarly procedures: evidence, witnessesThis paper aims to find contact points between the theoretical principlesof law and the methodological principles of textual criticism. Thosepoints are mainly two: evidence and witnesses. The arguments will useexamples from textual criticism on both ancient Greek and Latin texts.
